Booking Policy
At Rosadela, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event date, though full payment in advance is also accepted to guarantee your booking. Once the deposit is received, your date is considered confirmed.

Refund Policy:
All payments made are non-refundable. However, we are committed to working with you whenever possible. In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, a partial credit or adjustment may be considered. Please note that any costs related to custom materials, décor elements, food, beverages, rentals, or third-party vendors are strictly non-refundable.
Weather-Related Adjustments (Outdoor Events):
For outdoor setups, in the event of unexpected weather conditions, we will allow a reasonable waiting period and remain in communication to determine the best possible solution. Our team will make every effort to adapt where feasible; however, full refunds are not issued due to weather-related circumstances.
Event Timing:
Your event experience begins at the agreed-upon start time. We kindly ask that all parties arrive promptly to ensure a smooth and seamless setup.
