Refund and Rescheduling Policy
At Rosadela, we know that plans can change, and your satisfaction is our priority. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event once at no cost within 60 days of the original date (subject to availability). Refund Consideration: We operate under a no refund policy. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your situation. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will review your case to determine if a partial refund may apply. Please note that costs for materials, food, and beverages are non-refundable, and full refunds are not offered. Weather-Related Updates: For outdoor events, if unexpected weather affects your setup, we will wait a reasonable time, keep you informed, and work with you to find a solution. Please note: Your event begins at the scheduled start time, so punctuality is appreciated. We look forward to making your experience unforgettable!
Booking Policy
At Rosadela, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event, though full payment in advance is also accepted to guarantee your booking. Once the deposit is received, your date is considered confirmed.
